eSIM Data Plans

esim1 is a marketplace for digital eSIM data plans. All products sold are digital eSIM profiles that can be activated on compatible devices for mobile data connectivity while traveling.

• eSIMs are sourced from authorized telecommunications providers
• Regional coverage and data limits apply to each product
• Device compatibility must be verified before purchase

Product Availability

Product availability and pricing are subject to change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate stock information but cannot guarantee availability at the time of order.

By placing an order through the Service, you agree to pay the listed price plus any applicable taxes or fees. All prices are displayed in the currency indicated on the product page.

Order Processing

• eSIM profiles are single-use and cannot be transferred or resold
• Activation must be completed on a compatible, unlocked device
• Data validity period begins upon activation, not purchase
• Network coverage depends on third-party telecommunications operators

Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

• The eSIM profile was not delivered due to a technical error
• The eSIM profile is defective and cannot be activated
• Duplicate purchases made in error (before delivery)

Non-Refundable Situations

• Change of mind after eSIM has been delivered
• Failure to verify device compatibility before purchase
• Failure to verify destination coverage before purchase
• eSIMs that have been activated or scanned
• Network or coverage issues caused by third-party operators

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to circumvent security measures
• Reselling purchased eSIMs for commercial purposes
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse promotions

• Engaging in fraudulent payment activities
• Harassing or threatening other users or staff
• Infringing on intellectual property rights

We are not responsible for the actions of third-party telecommunications operators, including network coverage, speed, service interruptions, or local regulatory restrictions.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
